Riverside University High School is a member of the Milwaukee City Conference (MCC). The MCC is the athletics conference for participating high schools in the Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) district. All MCC member institutions participate in sports sponsored by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA).
